My 'GuitarStory' started aged nine with my first hearing of Jerry Lordan's 'Apache'. I'm still learning and play in many different styles on many different and appropriate guitars from Strats to Vihuelas, resonators to archtops.

I soon realised that any guitar is only as good as its 'setup' This led to my 10 Guitar Manuals now available as downloads from this site.
I am also the director of 2 multi award winning film biographies – ‘Julian Bream – My Life in Music’ and ‘Stephane Grappelli – A life in the Jazz Century’. The later featuring all known film performances by Django Reinhardt along with contributions from Martin Taylor, Diz Disley, John Etheridge Yehudi Menuhin, and Nigel Kennedy.
